I bought this item to replace my old motorcycle boots. With the steel toe, I won't have the problem of the toe breaking down from years of shifting like my old ones. I got them on a Saturday and left for a thousand mile ride on Tuesday. I had not one problem. I sprayed them with water repellent & mink oiled them prior to the trip. It poured, but my feet stayed dry. They're very comfortable boots.

You can wear ugg sundance boots with or without socks, your feet do not sweat in them. These are my favorite shoes !
